After the adventure, your group can relax and celebrate in your designated party area. We typcially will have a selection of drinks, and snacks (including chips and chocolate bars) for purchase as well as our pizza drink option. You are welcome to bring your own light snacks or pizza/sandwich options at one of our picnic tabled areas. Please be advised that NO ALCHOL or BBQs are allowed.
Please feel free to bring your own birthday cake, food and drinks. This is when your guests will enjoy time together as a group to eat and open presents. There is a 1/2 hour time limit on the picnic area
Your group is more than welcome to use our tented area after your groups tours has been completed. You will have a maximum time allotment of 1/2 hour. Picnic tables will be assigned per numbers in your group reservation.
Please note there is NO CHARGE to use our tented area and picnic tables however you will be sharing the space with other groups.
You must wear a closed toed shoe NO CROCS and any water bottles must either be in a attached to a caribineer or can be left with the guardian/parent. Their hands must be free. Any long hair should be tied back in a ponytail. If not there is a slight possibility of any loose long hair wrapping around the zipline.
Guardian/Parents are not allowed up on the courses at any time. The guides will assist the participant in all ways. As a guardian/parent your job is to supervise your childs behaviour, take pictures, encourage them on and be supportive.
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel your reservation, you will be able to receive a 1 time rescheduling of your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
However if you are a no show your credit card will be charged the full amount and we will legally dispute any credit card requests for refunds.
Refund's will only be issued after completion of the demonstration course for youth and adults, and must be before you begin any high ropes course.
For the children's and jr children's course, refunds will only be issued if they do not step onto the high ropes course at any time.
If you do not show up to your reservation time, your credit card will be charged in full. If you made your reservation and informed us you had either a gift card, costco gift card or groupon, your credit card will be on file as required at time of booking and will then be charged as well if you do not show up.
When making a reservation our staff ALWAYS informs you that your credit card is either being charged or held in advance as required for our NO SHOW POLICY.
TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR NO SHOW POLICY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.
All of our activities operate RAIN or SHINE. Only severe weather conditions such as, thunder, lightning, high winds and heavy down pours will temporarily close the courses. While on the course it is extremely important to follow the guides instructions in the case of an unexpected storm system.
In the event that Treetop Eco-Adventure Park closes the courses and guests have been waiting for over 1 hour, guests can receive a RAIN check or REFUND depending on how far the customer was on the course before it closed.
ONLY IF you are LESS than 1/2 way through the courses, can you receive a refund.

Ages 6 to 9 on our Children's Course. This party takes approximately 1 hour on the courses. The guest will participate in either completing the beginner children's course 2X around or 1 time on the beginner course and 1 time on the intermidate children's course.
After all guests have complete the aerial portion of the courses, they will have 2 rides on the Jr. Big Zip back at the party area.

Out parties are ideal for kids of all ages. We do however have the special birthday party rates specifically for children age 6 to 9 and youth ages 9 to 15. We certainly can host birthday parties for younger and older kids, please contact us for rates.
The children's course birthday parties last approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (1 hour on the courses, 1/2 hour doing the Jr. Big Zip and 1/2 hour for cake and presents. The youth's course birthday party can take upwards to 3 1/2 hours depending on how many course the participants actally complete.
Yes, all activies use certified safety equipment and trained instructors. All our courses are inspected on a daily, weekly and yearly schedule accordig to the TSSA.
Yes, parents, grandparents, guardian and more than welcome to stay and watch and enjoy the experience. All our courses can be view and the participants watched from our wood chipped trails. We do ask however that you do not walk under and of the courses and there is no smoking on the courses.
