All of our attractions require "hands-on" interaction
The level of preparation is minimal, but extremely important.
To assist us in providing you with a unique one of a kind experience, please take a minute to learn about our safety guidelines and requirements for age, heigh, wieght and clothing that apply to our aerial adventure park.
These are self guided courses, our guides and ground patrollers are they to assist you. They are on the courses with you but may not be seen by you in the trees. You will be asked to call out to the guide when assistance is required.
** IMPORTANT ** It is at the guides discretion if you continue on to each level of the course. If they see you are struggling at any portion of the course they will not let you continue on to the next course level. At that time you will be allowed to go to the big zip to finish or continue walking with your group. You will not be able to resume the course at any other point and there is no refund. If you are lowered down at any point in the course there is no refund and you are not able to continue on the course but can follow along with your group on the ground your helmet will be taken off.
Our Guides are empowered to immediately, without warning, exclude a participant from the course, without a refund, for safety infractions. Notify a Guide immediately if you observe any unnecessary risk to anyone on the course.
Crocs are NOT ALLOWED on either iBOUNCE or the ziplines and trekking courses. Any open toed shoe is unsafe to wear as well. Consider you are walking on a steel tight rope and make wise decisions. We will not allow inappropriate footwear on either courses.
You must remain attached to a cable at all times while in the trees!
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel your reservation, you will be able to receive a 1 time rescheduling of your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
However if you are a no show your credit card will be charged the full amount and we will legally dispute any credit card requests for refunds.
If you do not show up to your reservation time, your credit card will be charged in full. If you made your reservation and informed us you had either a gift card, costco gift card or groupon, your credit card will be on file as required at time of booking and will then be charged as well if you do not show up.
When making a reservation our staff ALWAYS informs you that your credit card is either being charged or held in advance as required for our NO SHOW POLICY.
TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR NO SHOW POLICY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.
All of our activities operate RAIN or SHINE. Only severe weather conditions such as, thunder, lightning, high winds and heavy down pours will temporarily close the courses. While on the course it is extremely important to follow the guides instructions in the case of an unexpected storm system.
In the event that Treetop Eco-Adventure Park closes the courses and guests have been waiting for over 1 hour, guests can receive a RAIN check or REFUND depending on how far the customer was on the course before it closed.
ONLY IF you are LESS than 1/2 way through the courses, can you receive a refund.
