Combined Ibounce Trampoline Nets and Treetop Ziplines and Trekking Courses
Our Welcome Centre offers limited options. We typcially will have a selection of drinks, and snacks (including chips and chocolate bars). You are welcome to bring your own food and cooler to enjoy and snack or light meal at one of our picnic tabled areas. Please be advised that NO ALCHOL or BBQs are allowed.

You must wear a closed toed shoe NO CROCS and any water bottles must either be in a attached to a caribineer or can be left with the guardian/parent. Their hands must be free. Any long hair should be tied back in a ponytail. If not there is a slight possibility of any loose long hair wrapping around the zipline.
Refund's will only be issued after completion of the demonstration course for youth and adults, and must be before you begin any high ropes course.
For the children's and jr children's course, refunds will only be issued if they do not step onto the high ropes course at any time.
If you do not show up to your reservation time, your credit card will be charged in full. If you made your reservation and informed us you had either a gift card, costco gift card or groupon, your credit card will be on file as required at time of booking and will then be charged as well if you do not show up.
When making a reservation our staff ALWAYS informs you that your credit card is either being charged or held in advance as required for our NO SHOW POLICY.
TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR NO SHOW POLICY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.
All of our activities operate RAIN or SHINE. Only severe weather conditions such as, thunder, lightning, high winds and heavy down pours will temporarily close the courses. While on the course it is extremely important to follow the guides instructions in the case of an unexpected storm system.
In the event that Treetop Eco-Adventure Park closes the courses and guests have been waiting for over 1 hour, guests can receive a RAIN check or REFUND depending on how far the customer was on the course before it closed.
ONLY IF you are LESS than 1/2 way through the courses, can you receive a refund.
