Your group may be sharing the course with others groups
Your group may be sharing the tents space with other parties
2 Picnic tables are available for your use under the tent.
Covered tent area is available and must be BOOKED and RESERVED in advance.
You may bring your own food to the facility in coolers but NO COOKING of any kind.
Your party may stay no longer than 1/2 hour after the last person completes the course, some leaway is given, however if you are using a tent it is only 1/2 hour usage. There could be or will be another group schedule to use it right after you.

Parents and other guests can walk the course with the participants if they wish too at no charge.
You are responsible for cleaning up your picnic party area
Please take all of your garbage and recycling home with you.
